44 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
The location is very good. The room was adequate and clean. However, when checking in there were two agents and neither of them knew the procedure for handling cash in advance transactions. They required the manager to show them how to handle the situation. Then once home I received a call that they had failed to charge the state tax. I had to provide them with a personal credit card number to clear the transaction. The personnel were always friendly and courteous but could probably use some better training.
