We stayed at the Hyatt Summerfield Suites in Waltham MA and were delighted with the room and service. We booked a two bedroom suite (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) but there were many other room options available. Our rooms were large with comfortable beds. We had a TV in each bedroom and a flat screen TV/DVD player in the living room. There was a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The hotel staff was delightful and breakfast good, but the early evening complimentary food was a welcome surprise. The food changes daily, but during our stay we enjoyed home made soups (crab chowder was great) and fresh pastas, along with a variety of beverages, cheeses, breads, chili etc. It was like home away from home and we will definitely return.

It seems to me that the Hyatt hotel is trying to cut corners, for instance, there were no facial wash clothes in rooms. I used to love staying there when in Texas, not considering any other hotel option. My last two stays since the Hyatt chain took the ownership have not been the best experiences and I will seriously look at other hotel options for future stays.

The suites at Summerfield Suites are large and roomy. The employees are very attentive. The hotel is in a convenient location off Belt Line Road and the Dallas North Tollway.
