I liked the Facility. I liked the room. I liked the room service. I liked the breakfast in the morning and the appetizers in the evening. I loved the location. The worst thing about the whole experience is the front desk management. They are absolutely horrendous. Because I was on business my room was billable but trying to get the hotel manager to inform me when he was charging my personal card was like pulling teeth. To even get an accurate bill once I was out of state for my previous stay was a couple hour task over the phone. I would have packages come to the front desk and they would never call to let me know I had a package (well they did for the first week). I would have to routinely check in and ask if I had a package, a real pain. Now that I have been out of the hotel going on for 3 months I have a charge on my credit card for close to $800. So now I have to spend EASILY another 3 hours back and forth with their worthless management to get them to figure out why they billed me when I haven't been in the state in 3 months.
I think I will honestly take the time to complain to Hyatt.
It really is too bad that their management is so horrible because otherwise they would have gotten a ten rating for me. Trust me, I know, I've stayed there for 6 months :P
