I arrived in the hotel to find the room very smelly. The bathroom toilet had a stain on the seat and I wondered if this was causing the horrible smell in the entire room (almost as if baby diapers were left in the room for days!).
There was no extra soap and no creamers in the room! I called up the front desk and they said there was no room service - I had to walk all the way to pick up a soap!
Wireless was not working and I had to be on a call with Wayport Access (the external wireless company) for half hour only to be told that there was an issue with the room. He mentioned that he would personally talk to front desk to send a LAN cable. An hour later - no response. I called in front desk to get the cable and they replied rudely that there was no room service!
I finally asked for a room change as I could not stand the urine smell any more. Thank God I got a room change - but again, this room had no creamer. I did not bother calling up front desk. And the bedsheets were so rough that I just could not get sleep. And on top of this - my room keys were coded incorrectly so I had to walk back all the way to change the code.
I will NEVER come back to this hotel - this does not sound like a 'HYATT' at all - just a cheap motel. A disgrace to the brand name of Hyatt.

The check in process was not very good. The desk staff was not efficient and seemed uncertain of everything. I stayed for 6 days. There were some language barriers with the desk staff too. After I finally got checked in and dragged my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, my room key was not coded properly and I had to trek back to the desk to get that corrected.
The room was lovely and the furnishings were modern and in good repair. The bathrooms were very small but clean. The bed was comfortable and linens were good. Housekeeping leaves a little to be desired - if you want housekeeping you must request it each day -but they do a good job when the come. There is absolutely no customer service here! No restaurant on site, no room service, no nothing. The area seemed safe. The breakfast in the lobby each morning was a plus.

I liked the Facility. I liked the room. I liked the room service. I liked the breakfast in the morning and the appetizers in the evening. I loved the location. The worst thing about the whole experience is the front desk management. They are absolutely horrendous. Because I was on business my room was billable but trying to get the hotel manager to inform me when he was charging my personal card was like pulling teeth. To even get an accurate bill once I was out of state for my previous stay was a couple hour task over the phone. I would have packages come to the front desk and they would never call to let me know I had a package (well they did for the first week). I would have to routinely check in and ask if I had a package, a real pain. Now that I have been out of the hotel going on for 3 months I have a charge on my credit card for close to $800. So now I have to spend EASILY another 3 hours back and forth with their worthless management to get them to figure out why they billed me when I haven't been in the state in 3 months.
I think I will honestly take the time to complain to Hyatt.
It really is too bad that their management is so horrible because otherwise they would have gotten a ten rating for me. Trust me, I know, I've stayed there for 6 months :P

The desk clerk was rude, the reservation was for a king - we were given 2 queen so that my husband and I (large people) couldn't share a bed and they had no other- the couch was in shreds- literally! The walls were black with finger prints, the beds rock hard and it's next to the metro train and train noise all night. We had booked it for 2 nights and checked out after the 1st it was that bad!

I like staying here when I fly in or out of Los Angeles' airport. The suites are good sized, clean, and comfortable. The property is well maintained. They offer a complimentary free buffet breakfast that is worth going to. There are many good...
