Hyatt Regency Wind Watch Hotel - Page 1

For a Hyatt Regency it was horrid. The room was dirty, small, no lighting in bathroom. Someone had left the window open and our room was filled with bugs. Room service took over 2 hours, and we were stupid enough to try one more time, and they screwed up that order. I was very disappointed and did not want to spend my time in NY looking for another place to stay. I had read other reviews that were not favorable from 2006...so I gave it a shot. I don't have enough room to list all that was wrong with it, but stay somewhere else

We were there in April. The bartender made me a special martini. When we came back in May the bartender recognized us and he knew my martini.

It was comfortable room with a great breakfast.

The employee friendliness and helpfulness there is above par. The rooms were super clean and beautifully appointed. The employees were very knowledgeable about the surrounding areas and restaurants.

This hotel made me feel content: Hyatt handled all of my needs and concerns. I had no problems with room service, laundry service, etc. I felt pleased because all of my needs were promptly met.

This was a return trip for my husband and myself, we were visiting family for the holidays. We will definitely continue to return for all of our family events.

We love the hotel, the price is extremely affordable compared to other hotels, all of the staff members we came in contact with, from holding the doors open, to check-in/check-out, and the cleaning staff were courteous, friendly and lived up to the meaning of customer service. Our king size room and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was elegant.
