This is one if not the best hotel in the city of Wichita. I often stay in Wichita and I would not consider any other hotel.

The hotel was fine but it had a strange layout. One had to walk a long way to the parking area and the halls were like mazes.

The workout room far exceeded my expectations and I really liked the fireside lounge. I wasn't too wild about the valet parking service, though; I prefer to get and park my own car.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very nice and friendly, the food was excellent, and the room was nice with a very comfortable bed. I had no problems whatsoever.

The beds were very comfortable. The staff was helpful when I called the front desk with a question. I did not have time to relax, but if I did, I would have wanted to use the pool and the workout room.

This is a centrally located, well-maintained property. The room and furnishings are comfortable and new or nearly new. The service and amenities were all first-rate. I recommend this hotel.

The first room we were shown smelled from smoke although it was in a non-smoking area, which we had asked for. Everything else was excellent. In fact, I had misplaced my jacket at one of the sessions and the personnel went out of their way to help me find it. I was extremely pleased with this!
This hotel made me feel respected: All the personnel were very courteous and helpful. Since we were all teachers and not wealthy travelers, we were treated as though we were. This made me feel respected!
