We love staying at the hyatt hotels, we also have stayed at hyatt resorts in palm springs, and arizona. Love them. Class operations.
This hotel made me feel entertained: Poolside music, beach accomodations.

Telecheck system they used flagged me to not cash a check. Very embarassing and a hassle considering had done nothing wrong. It was telecheck's fault we ultimately found out. Horrible customer service from the hotel getting to the bottom of the matte.

You didn't finish your sentence. Experience with ??????
This hotel made me feel pampered: Employees were always willing to help you, in the pool area and the outdoor bar area. Any room service we had was prompt and very good. The bell hops were quick and very polite. We were given maps and directions to places we were looking to go to.

I had a superb experience, and although have traveled through europe and visited the carribean, would have to say that my trip to hawaii was the best vacation that have ever been on.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: The hyatt had a laid-back atmosphere allowing me complete rexalation. The many services provided directly by the hyatt took a lot of stress out of the vacation, and allowed my family and to have a spectacular vacation.
