The location was great, in the center of Waikiki and everything within walking distance. The hotel had many shops, which was very helpful. The staff was excellent, everyone was friendly and efficient. The stay was so wonderful that we are going back in January and staying at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki again.

I liked the quality of the furnishings and the spaciousness of the rooms. The free morning breakfast buffet was excellent and the service was excellent, as well as the outdoor scenery. The beds were very comfortable.
This hotel made me feel elegant: The quality of the room decor as well as that of the interior furnishings were very elegant.

Beautiful rooms, very comfortable, really liked the size and type of shampoo and conditioner. I liked the fact that the shampoo and conditioner were in seperate tubes. This made my hair much better looking on the vacation. Thanks! also liked the bod.
This hotel made me feel content: Friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable beds. Very clean room.

Getting info on tours was difficult, odd hours for the tour desk. Room service was a bit slow and during check-in, they couldn't find our reservation at first. Also it was hard for them to find someone to help us with our bags, so we did it ourselves-3.
This hotel made me feel elegant: There was a length of corridor/hallway below a skylight, with trees and hanging branches and a waterfall. It separated the two towers of the hotel (west and east, think). There were fairy lights also at nite and when you were dressed up to go out, fe.
