It was great. The hotel had a great view and everything was within walking distance.

We just returned from a five day stay at the Hyatt and we were sad to leave. Our time spent there was one of the best hotel stays we have ever encountered. The rooms were large, clean, and comfortable. Their service was exceptional. The food was good, and the general appearance of the grounds were first rate. It's the best location on Waikiki. I will definitely return in the future.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel had a convenient location. It also had a friendly, helpful staff. For the price, it should have had coffee in room like other hotels.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was excellent. The Hyatt hotel staff was very helpful and courteous. They took very good care of us. There were six couples that traveled in our group and everyone was extremely pleased with the Hyatt hotel.

This hotel made me feel excited: They were very helpful with where to go and what to do on the island. The staff gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants to go to.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The Hyatt Regency Waikiki is a fabulous hotel for the individuals who want it all. At the beginning of every month, the Ciao Mein restaurant turns into a club called Tantriq. You can stay in the hotel and go to a great club downstairs. The hotel amenities are fabulous. The people there are great and friendly. Also, there is a fabulous restaurant called the Colony steakhouse. If you like steak and tuna tartar this is the place to go. The appetizers were fabulous and the steak was prepared just the way I like it, rare and tasty. It was the best hotel experience ever. Check it out and do it on the first weekend of every month so you can go to that fabulous club at Ciao Mein called Tantriq.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Their internet service was horrible, they charged a daily fee and we could hardly ever get a signal. They did remove the charges when we left. They charged for the safe in the room, the parking garage was like driving a one lane winding road, it was treacherous and they charged fifteen dollars daily for that.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa.
I might recommend it to friends.

Great time at the Hyatt. We are a local couple who stayed at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki for one night on [...], to celebrate my husband's birthday. We had a great time. The room was nice. The staff, especially the pool attendant were great. If you haven't tried the restaurants there, I would highly recommend Ciao Mein. They serve Italian/Chinese cuisine. The combination sounds weird, but it's one of our favorite restaurants. Good food, ambiance and staff! We would gladly go there again. If you can afford it, try getting a room in the Regency Club! You will be glad you did!

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa.

Everything was fantastic, except there was no gym. Their gym consisted of a couple of treadmills and a dip and pull-up machine. At least some dumbbells or other weight machine could be made available.

For the most part the stay was pretty good. We had a small issue with some items from the mini-bar showing up on our bill that we did not use, but the front desk fixed this politely. Otherwise things were fine.

The room category (view) was not what I paid for (I paid for an ocean view and received a view of the Sheraton). I had trouble with the bathroom (the fixtures in the shower were coming off the wall and water was shooting to the side). This was our second visit to the Hyatt Waikiki and it was horrible.

I am not likely to return to the Hyatt Regency Waikiki Resort and Spa.

28 year old woman with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

A female employee made my day! I am very claustrophobic and do not like taking elevators. My room was only on the third floor, but everyone insisted that I MUST use the elevators and that there were no stairs. This woman, who was working by the pool, heard of my condition and escorted me to the stairwell. She also alerted security that I would need to use the stairs during my stay. She made my visit a pleasant one! I did not like the room. I was on my honeymoon and it wasn't very cozy. It was actually pretty shabby.
