The service was great. I was there for a conference. Everything ran smoothly.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and answered questions courteously and professionally. In fact, they handled a problem with my room key so politely and efficiently that I had even forgotten about the problem until this very moment.

It's a nice hotel in a great location. Everything was top notch and brand new.

The hotel's decor was gorgeous but walls are VERY thin - I woke up numerous times due to yelling in the room next door.

The hotel was luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the Rockies. I had a couple of problems with my room (toilet, TV), but both problems were resolved quickly.

They goofed up reservations and billing for our group. I may now (a month later) finally have it straightened out. (not positve yet).

Good, basic hotel in just the right location for my business needs.
