Very knowledgeable staff and excellent amenities at the hotel itself. My only dissatisfaction involved the lack of shops and retail facilities in the central downtown Tampa area. Also, the cost and inconvenience of securing cabs or transportation was prohibitive.
This hotel made me feel secure: Added elevator security prevented unauthorized, non-guests from accessing rooms.

Nice hotel in city center. Not much going on during the weekend in the area.
This hotel made me feel secure: They had a bell captain at both doors and you must use room key to operate the elevators.
