The problem was that there was no shuttle service to or from the airport. You would expect them, the Hyatt, as upscale as they seem, to provide their customers with a shuttle service via the airport.

There was no shuttle to the convention center and it rained nearly every day. There is no efficient way to self-park a car overnight or for an extended period of time. The location was very centralized in the city. The restaurant was quite good.

The restaurant was good and the location was good. The valet parking situation is annoying. I circled the hotel 3 times looking for a self-park lot that allows long-term parking with 'in and out' privileges. The convention center is nearby, but you have to walk. The weather can be a factor.
