I disliked the very poor service in the restaurant area. The wait staff as well as the hostess could use some more training.

At that time of year there was little to do at the hotel. While the menu for our meals was selected by our company personnel, they seemed to leave you hungry.

39 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
Great experience. Friendly staff, well appointed rooms. We were not able to dine at the corn maiden because it was closed the two nights we were there. That was disappointing.
This hotel made me feel important: They made it a practice to know our name, greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. Polite and friendly, but not too intrusive.

It's a wonderful place in an exotic setting very near to albuquerque at a price that didn't kill us financially.
This hotel made me feel sophisticated: We held a birthday party at the hotel and my guests were very impressed with the activities, location and accommodations for a child's birthday party.
