Mediocre
The location was great but that's about it.The hotel, the facility, the dirtiness of the rooms and the bathrooms. the bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets were dirty. Not a good review.
Checking into this hotel was a nightmare and the desk clerk Mark needs to stay in the back somewhere, where he does not have to deal with ANY TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. He as rude not very pleasant to work with.

Horrible
It was clean and comfortable. At check in, we were told they oversold the night and we were moved to another hotel for 1 night. This cost us $80 in tips to Valet & bellmen. The accommodations were great, I was unhappy about being bumped. Their staff...

Okay
Location.Service at front desk, parking 12.00 didn't tell me. Great place to stay but the front desk is very slow, and when I asked them to validate my parking they took the ticket and did something, gave it back to me and smiled. They pretended to...
42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The Hyatt in palm springs is old and out dated. It sits next to a shopping mall which is no longer open. This mall is full of homeless people and they charge you for parking (10$ a day) to park under this mall and offer no protection for your car, even from the valets. They also charge for coffee, breakfast, internet and shuttle service. Just about every hotel in the area is better except maybe the Super 8 near the 10 freeway.

Horrible
Large rooms. No free Wi-Fi, not enough toils and glasses, noisy. Nice lobby but absolutely no attention to detail, $10 for Wi-Fi, no free business support, everything overpriced, no HBO, garish decoration.

Excellent
Location and cleanliness.Parking costs $12 nightly. Right on main strip, the Hyatt is in a great location to go out for an ice cream at Lammerts, or have dinner without having to drive. Beautiful lobby, nice pool and hot tub and friendly staff.

Competitive price for the quality.Parking cost. I was told we'd be moved to another hotel as all the rooms were taken but afterwards they found 2 rooms for us. This was not expected but handled well. Other than that, the accommodations were...

Excellent
Balcony with mountain view, large suite, pool and Jacuzzi area.Very dark living room area. This was definitely a 3-star Hyatt Regency, not higher. But as such, I enjoyed my stay very much, especially considering what I paid ($75/night). The suite...
