The staff was stiff and standoffish, not very pleasant at all. The rooms were small and the furniture was cheap. The plumbing was old, it made a lot of noise and I knew when all of my neighbors were showering or flushing.
I am not likely
to return to the Hyatt Regency St Louis Riverfront.
I would not recommend it to friends.
25 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The room was nice enough but not fabulous for the price. It is an older place. The bed was really not very comfortable, which I was very disappointed in. When we checked in we were informed that because we are using a debit card the hotel is going to take the full amount of the stay upfront, which is no big deal. The staff in the hallways have been very polite which was fabulous. They have very nice housekeeping staff!
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hyatt Regency St Louis Riverfront.
I might recommend it to friends.

Everything was absolutely wonderful, except for the valet only parking. We stayed for two nights during Labor Day weekend for the Muddy Blues Fest. Apparently the card's played all weekend. Luckily on Saturday we decided to park elsewhere or we would have had to wait a very long time to get our car on Sunday at checkout time.
There is an exercise room, an indoor and outdoor pool and Jacuzzi. The rooms are great and if you can get a room with a view of the arch it is fabulous.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hyatt Regency St Louis Riverfront.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
