Terrible! The staff truly does not care about how patrons are treated. There were multiple problems starting with our room not being ready at 4 pm for check-in and a dirty room after that. In the end, we were charged twice and it took them a week to correct the error. Even then, they corrected the error without an apology.

I was there for a business meeting/convention and information regarding my meeting was provided on the hotel TV network. The employees of the hotel were very courteous and provided excellent care for the attendees of our meeting.

The staff was well trained, and responded courteously when asked any questions. When alerted to the fact that there were no washcloths in the room, the staff was quick to respond and provide needed linens.
