The location is great, and their lobby is beautiful, the rooms are OK. I didn't think it was worth as much as they are asking for, but this hotel was walking distance away from where we got married. I reserved three rooms for my husband and me, and my guests. I asked to be charged for all of them, but everyone has been asked for their credit cards at check-in. The result is that I got charged for everyone, my husband and my friends got charged, too. One of my friends was charged for two nights, when she only stayed one, because they lost her reservation and I had to call and make another one, when first reservation mysteriously reappeared at charge time. Well, five weeks later I am still trying to solve the problem, I have been given the run-around, some kind of forms, asking me for everyone's credit cards, etc, etc. Nobody has been reimbursed yet and with every call I make the staff keeps getting ruder and ruder. Needless to say, I will not stay in any Adam's Mark, since their customer service is centralized for all of the Adam's Mark Hotel in the country.
