If not for a convention I was attending, I probably would not stay there.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They have an awesome staff. A problem with the air conditioner and was fixed promptly. The service and room were perfect.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
