The location is at Union Station and it is beautiful. You are treated extra special. It costs a little more, but you are treated like royalty. Staying at the Hyatt hotel is a wonderful experience.

This hotel made me feel hip: The Hyatt is an upscale hotel and it is also the trendiest hotel in St. Louis.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was very nice. I can't think of enough good things to say about it.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The doorman was very friendly and helpful. The front desk ladies knew how to make people from out of town fell like we were old friends, welcoming us back home.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Reservations were not handled correctly and left many, many people standing in the lobby with nowhere to go. The hotel did not offer amenities that are usually found at even less acclaimed hotels.

I am not likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and historic. The restaurant had good food and friendly service. The shopping mall in the hotel area was enjoyed by my wife. It's a very nice place to meet people.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The surrounding converted train station was very elegant. The history was very interesting.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.

It took two phone calls to have washcloths delivered to my room. I had to call every night to get them replaced. The room had mold on the wall by the window.

The hotel was centrally located to almost every place in the area. The rooms and hallways seemed very secure, with pass cards required for entry to everywhere except the hotel lobby and restaurant.

I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel restaurant and breakfast food were below average and service was slow. We checked out one day early and were charged a $50 fee. Over many years, this is the first time this has happened to me.

I am not likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.

I attended a conference there in July. I have no complaints, the staff was wonderful. The service was outstanding. I would stay there again if given the opportunity. I would highly recommend this hotel, the historical aspects of the hotel were wonderful. There was something different to see each day. The restaurants and shopping under one roof were great.

This hotel made me feel inspired: The style and the age of the building were wonderful. The decor and antique furniture was interesting. I felt as though I could have stayed in all day and experienced something new every day.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Everything was great, but I think the restaurant staff and service were horrendous and overpriced for the service we received. They were terribly slow and we had two small children. Also, the valet service took 30 minutes to get our car.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Hyatt Regency St. Louis.

I really enjoyed my stay; it was a fantastic facility. The only problem with my stay is that they gave me a smoking room when I asked for a non-smoking room, then didn't have any non-smoking rooms available. Nevertheless, the hotel was beautiful and my stay was great overall.

My husband and I were upset that no one told us that we would have to pay $12 for parking each day. The hotel staff couldn't give directions to anything unless it was located inside the hotel.
