Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort and Spa

I absolutely loved my 5 day stay during August 2007 and can't wait to return for another visit! The facilities are clean and have a relaxed setting. The pool area is enormous with little niches for private relaxation and amazing waterfalls. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable concierge staff is the best I have ever encountered. They made dinner reservations at Binkley's in Cave Creek (a must for all "foodies"), a Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour reservation and provided detailed maps to local excursions near the hotel. The Spa Avania is a fabulous spa with wonderful amenities. I received a spa treatment and stayed the entire afternoon enjoying the pools, unwinding in the retreat room, and relaxing in the sauna. The hotel is centrally located and within close driving distance to Taliesin West, the Desert Botanical Gardens, the Phoenix Zoo, The Cosanti Art Gallery and the Kierland Commons Shopping Center. I loved my stay so much and can't wait to return again soon!

Arrived after long flight from Scotland minus 3 bags were made very welcome and some complimentary toiletaries help us through the first night until bags arrived. .As soon as we called in the morning, to enquire if they had arrived they were delivered to our room which was exactly as described on web site..

Staff very friendly and helpful,Amazing 4th July fireworks ,the pool area is huge and offers safe and relaxing areas for all ages.food was slightly expensive but good quality and served with a smile.

Great place to chill and get over jet lag before heading off to explore Arizona which we found breathtaking.Watching the sun rise over the mountains from the Lobby Bar with coffee and newspaper in the morning will stay with me for a long time.Will definately be back probably minus kids to really enjoy the peacefullness of the place.

We had a large group staying at the hotel. In the evenings we had offsite events and we would return to the hotel to gather late night. The bar manager was inflexible with the closing time of the bar although there were easily fifty people gathered ordering drinks. It was unfortunate for her staff and for our group. This was not a good level of customer service.

It was a delightful experience.

They give great service, the hotel has a nice location and it is classy.

This hotel made me feel entertained: They treated me as an important guest.
