Hyatt Sarasota is a contemporary hotel with 3 story Atrium, overlooking Sarasota Bay with its own marina. Hotel offers 294 guest rooms, all with a spectacular view of the bay or marina with converstion areas in the rooms and balconies and/or bay windows. Hotel opened in 1975.

47 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Overall the hotel is a winner. Newly remodeled, it overlooks a small marina with water views in downtown Sarasota. The only reason I did not give the hotel a 5 is because I thought the food in the restaurant was ridiculously overpriced and the hotel did not offer complimentary internet in guest rooms.
40 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
We just returned from our second stay at the Hyatt Sarasota. Both our stays were great. The rooms are great and the hotel is very clean. The pool area is very resort -like. The front desk staff were very accomodating and the employees all acknowledged our kids. They loved "Tommy" the valet. It is close to a park with a splash pad for children. Great restaurants are close by too. We would recommend this hotel!

Everything!Nothing! The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the front desk to the bell hops. I would highly recommend staying at the Hyatt Sarasota to anyone.
