It is convenient to where I was going. The location is a lot to be desired being so close to the airport. However, once inside you forget this. It is beautiful inside. The sports bar/restaurant is great for a late dinner.

The building was beautiful. However, the sheets weren't that comfortable.

This is a good hotel except for the long hallways. The hallways make it hard to carry your luggage back and forth.

I appreciated the knowledge that with the convenience of an airport location, I could expect excellent facilities, service and parking at a reasonable price. Hyatt offers seniors excellent pricing at almost all their hotels. As a member of their frequent guest program, other amenities are also available.

I always receive the service and quality I expect.

It's a large but comfortable and elegant airport hotel. The staff very courteous and friendly. It had new and very comfortable bedding, and acceptable pricing. Unfortunately, it had only an outdoors pool -- not practical for SFO weather. The bed linens were changed daily even though the hotel advertises environmental conscience and states that it will only change linens every third day unless daily changes are requested. This may not sound important to many but it is for those with our environment in mind.

This hotel made me feel entertained: Open seating area that had music playing while you visited with guests; ballrooms that were huge and had a dance floor, so you could eat, drink, and dance at the same time.

Did not receive the non-smoking room I requested. The hotel was very noisy.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Front door valet was efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The bellhops were efficient, helpful and courteous. The front desk was very efficient.

Room was good. Brunch buffet was a total rip off, was in shock after seeing the check. The quality of the food was not much better than Sizzler. Not happy there was no real discount on the parking. I seriously doubt I'll ever stay at Hilton Marriott again.

Room had an odd smell. Parking was very expensive. Hotel just had a dinky feel to it. Room service was ok, a bit slow and food was so so.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: Attended a conference, the atmosphere and amenities were exquisite.
