It was fine. I went there because the convention was there.

It was close to the airport, with easy access to the freeway. It had a nice central atrium. The access to the workout room could be better.

The hotel had a great location for the airport flights. I liked the wonderfully comfortable beds. They had a convenient shuttle to the airport and to local town for restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It had a very friendly, efficient staff and very comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bed was very inviting and comfortable. It looked very nice and actually felt very nice as well.

They charged extra to park in their garage.

I went for a convention, so I did not really have a choice. The hotel is a little worn around the edges but it is a Hyatt hotel so the service and quality are solid. I wished the room were a bit more luxurious, but I could not complain for the price and the location.

They provide convenient shuttle service to and from the airport.

It was a very nice property overall. The building was well designed and attractive. My room was comfortable. The location was good. The service was excellent. The restaurant on premises served very good breakfasts and lunches. I did not have dinner there or patronize the bar. The shuttle service to SFO airport was convenient and easy to use for travel both between the hotel and SFO and into San Francisco.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The amenities like television, phone, beverages, etc. were well chosen and well placed in the rooms for ease of access and use. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was relaxed. There was no frantic behavior from staff. Everyone was solicitous and calm. The lighting was appropriate and not glaring. The furniture was comfortable. The breakfast was easy to obtain and in an attractive and convenient location. There was no loud music or noise.

It was a little out of the way and you feel a bit stranded. However, since it seems to predominantly host conferences in which certain insularity was a good thing, I suppose it was fine.

This hotel made me feel inspired: The setting was quite nice with the open central space, the abundant greenery and the waterfalls. It had a calming and invigorating sense to it.

I loved the overall look and food. They could improve by offering free wireless Internet connection.

This hotel made me feel content: I felt very welcomed and I was able to enjoy the great atmosphere.

Everything was very good there was nothing I did not like.

I stayed at this hotel after being "bumped" by United Airlines. The check in process was standard - quick in and out. They made sure that I had personal hygiene items and a bathrobe since my baggage didn't travel with me. The room was clean, good bedding, plenty of toiletries and good in-room coffee. They have a snack bar where I was able to purchase reasonably priced meal items including Starbucks coffee. The free airport shuttle comes/goes every 10-15 minutes. There is also a free shuttle that takes hotel guests into Burlingame proper.

It was a fair property that needed to be renovated.

The air conditioner had to be reset to cool the room.

I did not like that there was only one set of elevators. Everything else was fine other than the housekeeping staff coming to the door at dawn.

The hotel was comfortable and a perfect setting for the conference I was attending. The atmosphere of the hotel was amazing. If given the opportunity, I would stay at this hotel again.

This hotel made me feel elegant: The overall ambience of the hotel as well as the ten story atrium, with its cascading waterfalls and streams lent itself to making all who stayed there feel elegant.

I like the hotel for its open atrium. I also like the proximity to the airport and mass transit. some rooms have a great view, and the gym is nice.

The hotel has a very friendly staff. The room was very clean. They have a good complimentary breakfast buffet.

This is a quiet hotel with a nice staff and a great view of the bay.
