Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport Hotel

Due to uncertain cercumstances I was forced to stay at a near by hotel of the San Francisco International Airport. The staff were very understanding to my situation and even stood by as I awaited wheelchair service. I felt extremely welcomed from the doorman to the hotel security whom I had most of my contact with during my stay. I would come back anytime of the year. Highly reccomended.

Hate:

1) Bad housekeeping - a) never done properly

b) Dusty carpets

2) Wifi service is very poor - I spent 1 hour with a T-mobile tech trying to fix it. Finally he asked for a part to be sent to the room, never got it that night. Had to call next day before it showed. Then cable required was missing. Finally gave up and went to a Starbucks in the area for their Wifi.

3) Door key pass never worked for the parking garage as advertised. Once never worked for the room itself.

4) One set of elevators for the hotel. Long walk to the room.

5) Quantity of food for the price is pathetic. Quality not that great either.

Many other hotels around, like the Crown Pointe, Marriott, try them instead of this place.

It was a dated interior, but clean and relatively comfortable. The fountain in the front had been shut off long ago and it looked abandoned. I was annoyed that they charged for internet access, but given that I paid very little for the room I did not mind. I would never pay the rack rate for this hotel though.

The interior atrium is beautiful and a great place to meet with clients. The room was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The thing I did not like was the long walk to the room and the halls were quite dark.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atrium had lots of seating and the waterfall was very calming and relaxing.

I had no complaints about the hotel at all.
