The hotel is in a great location, but it has very expensive parking. I liked the nice front desk clerk and the good views.

The hotel has a bad food service; it took forever for the food to be brought to us, and it was cold; the hotel was really no that nice; I felt like I had a little privacy the way the rooms were arranged, I felt like everyone could see you going in and out of your room.

They should consider a side business of training other companies' people who contact customers.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: I am a disabled veteran and they made sure that I had an accessible room and went out of their way to help me, for example, with getting equipment to a site.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The room was small and the minibar unusable for my husband's insulin - a new refrigerator had to be brought in which had a squeak that kept us awake all night.
