This is an opulent, visually stunning hotel with nicely decorated rooms and comfortable beds. Pricing is typical for four star hotels in large cities, it is not a bargain but competitive. The Hyatt hotel is well staffed with knowledgeable, helpful people. The set up is good for business or pleasure with free internet, business facilities, pools, several restaurants and convenient airport shuttle service. It is not located very close to shopping or tourist areas, but as the site of a conference or convention it was just about perfect with all you would expect from a convention center.

This hotel made me feel pampered: There are lots of room amenities, you receive personal attention from the staff members. The bed turn-down service, the flowers in the room, the generally excellent service make you feel pampered.
