The hotel was very clean and it had a friendly and helpful staff. The room had a nice view.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were locks on the doors and plenty of staff around at all times. The areas outsides were well lit.

The hotel was just fine. The beds were comfortable, the service was fine and the rooms were clean.

The hotel had nice big windows but the showers did not have doors or curtains. That was very uncomfortable. The hotel had a Starbucks cafe inside.

It was convenient to clients and entertainment.

The hotel had a good location to the waterfront.

It is a great place to stay, clean and central. The staff took care of a problem with the room immediately. The balcony rooms are worth the extra money.

It's in a great location, easy to get to from airport, and near attractions we wanted to see. We had a nice room. There are good restaurants in the hotel or nearby.

The room was too small and stuffy. For some reasons, it looked dirty too. From the outside, it looked all luxurious and nice, but the inside wasn't that great.

It was an excellent hotel and fair value for the price charged. It had an optimum location.

We only stayed one night but it was great!

We stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel in San Francisco just to get away. It is in a great location and it is very comfortable. We stay and go to a ball game, dinner or a play. It is a beautiful setting.

I liked it for the most part. It had easy access to all public transportation and it was close to Fisherman's Wharf. It had a friendly staff. On the down side, the restaurant was very expensive, and although I would have liked to have rented a car, parking rates, even self parking, were ridiculously high!

The hotel had a great location and value.

It was more than I expected. They had great service and beautiful rooms.

The room was nice and the location was great but we had old take out food left in our in-room bar and the bathroom was dirty when we checked in. That was disappointing.
