Hyatt Regency San Antonio Hotel

It is a lovely hotel. They just need to make more accommodations for people who want to sleep three or four in a room to save on the price. They only provide full beds, not queen size beds in these rooms and they can not bring in rollaway because of fire codes which makes for awkward arrangements. The Hyatt hotel has an excellent manager who is willing to right wrongs and make his guests feel at home in the midst of difficulties. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly and the rooms are super comfortable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very helpful and provided much information on check in. The process was painless and the bellhops were attentive. The valets were efficient. The room accommodations were exceptionally comfortable.

It was located right across from the Alamo. The River walk was below our rooms. It was a very nice location. The hotel had everything you needed.

The location was great, just across the street from The Alama. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the room, especially for a Hyatt hotel.

It was near the airport, yet quiet. The room was well appointed. A problem with light was creatively solved.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was not expecting the sleep package. The CD and the scented spray were nice. Having a room with a kitchenette was nice, too.
