Horrible
This hotel is simply said, a disaster. This was my second visit here only because I have a child at Eastman. This visit was no better than the first. Upon arrival I was told my room guarantee really didn't guarantee anything and they were out of...

Mediocre
I parked my car in the valet circle where no one was there to assist. I had to run inside and was too heated to ask for help and just asked where the parking garage was... there was no bellman in sight what-so-ever. Two fat women with horrible work...
52 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I paid a deposit and reserved a room for 2 for a one night stay while attending a wedding. When we arrived, we found out that they gave our room to someone else. To remedy the situation, they gave us a luxury room. The room was beautiful, but when I returned after the wedding, the entire floor was filled with a large, rowdy group of partying drug dealers/users. They were blasting rap music and slamming doors every 15 seconds.
We could not sleep, were very frightened, and called security. They took 2 hours to arrive and could care less about helping. I asked them give us another room so we could sleep. They took about 3 hours to straighten out the situation. We were sent to a very dingy hotel room. We didn't sleep a wink. It was a horrible experience and they didn't offer a refund. I will never stay here again. It was unsafe and there was no customer service.
I am not likely
to return to the Hyatt Regency Rochester.
I would not recommend it to friends.

Horrible
We had a suite on the river side that had a dirty shirt on the back of the bathroom door and dirty underwear under the bed. Speaking of the bed (which was a hide away) was made of rubber and was hard as a rock. This is absolutely the worst hotel I ...

The location and the comfort of the hotel were satisfactory. The service was excellent. I did expect the bathrooms to be cleaner than they were. There was mold on the shower curtain and dirt on the floor.
The seminar was well planned. The room had cable and I was able to spend leisure time in my room.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Hyatt Regency Rochester.
I might recommend it to friends.

Mediocre
Had to carry luggage from parking lot into hotel before we saw any bellmen. Only then could we get assistance with luggage. Why bother - we had already carried it most of the way. Also - bed was sloppily made each morning.
