It was very conveniently located right at public transportation. I did not receive room service. I needed a hotel room for air conditioning. It was still a comfortable stay.

They failed to timely make up room and provide clean towels. A discount was provided on the day of service complaint. The party had a brunch reservation which was initially not honored. Both problems required a lot of complaining for correction. It seems to be management problem at this facility.

The hotel has a very good location in the Princeton area. It also has nice beds.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I felt relaxed in the nice room.

The hotel could have been furnished nicer, the bathroom was not very posh. The shower was old.

It is initially difficult to find drove all around Carnegie business park twice. The hotel interior was very open and nice.

They bend over backwards to make your stay pleasurable. I wanted to watch a movie and couldn't figure out how to get the sound up and they sent a man up to assist. We requested late checkout so as to be able to go to Sunday brunch, and it was granted with no problem.
