The hotel was very convenient, since we had to fly out the following morning. The only thing I would suggest, is that they get heavier comforters. There's nothing to them, & I personally like larger blankets. But other than that, everything was perfect! The location was great, so was the service! Didn't have time to try the food. Oh, & you have to pay 10 bucks for a days worth of internet. ( Guess that's not too bad, but at lower priced hotels... it's free. Atleast with every one I've experienced )
My husband is also in the military, so they gave us about $80 off our price. That was definately a plus!

Excellent
I have stayed at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh Airport many times over the years. My job brings me to Pittsburgh quite often. I have always been treated great. The front desk personnel are great. The location (150 yards from the airport) is a plus....

I stay here often because it is connected to airport. It is the only Hotel connected to the Pittsburgh Airport. This last stay I was amazed at the new rooms. The Hotel has just undergone a room renovation. The rooms were in excellent shape before the renovation. Rooms, Service, Value, Food, People all rate a 10 in my book.

This hotel has decent rates to attract your business, especially if you are traveling by plane and need lodging close to the airport. They make up for this with ridiculous prices for average food (11 dollars for bacon and eggs, 11 dollars for a Reuben sandwich, 37 dollars for a steak, 65 dollars for 750ml of captain Morgans spiced rum for ex), high priced parking($9.75) and even two bottles of water in the room priced at 4.50 apiece if you drink them! We requested they remove the down pillows and comforter because of allergies. They did, but failed to substitute the comforter with anything but extra sheets and this yellow thing that wouldn't qualify as an army blanket. Beds were small and not very comfortable. They use entirely too much carpet deodorizer, (something else that was terrible on the allergies.) We were not entirely disenchanted with our stay, but we have had many better experiences with other, lower rate hotels.

Mediocre
Checked in after a flight cancellation as this is attached to the airport in PIT. The rooms have high ceilings which is great until you realize every sound in amplified because of this. What's worse is that the walls are PAPER thin and I listened to ...

Mediocre
We attended a seminar there so we were "locked in" for three nights. We had to argue with the housekeeper to wipe down the shower after the first nights stay and to replace the dirty glasses. And, the way he made the bed was next to nothing. The...
