This place was amazing. If you can afford it, get a tower room. They are bigger and the views are 100% better. The lobby is really nice and so is the pool area. The spinning bar on the top floor is really neat.

It was nice and comfy. We enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was centrally located and it had all the things that I was looking for in a hotel.

This hotel has great pools and hot tubs. The rooms all have views. Stay in the tower for the best views, though it costs extra, it's worth it.

On two occasions I had difficulty getting my room made up that day. It was nine p.m. by the time they showed up after five calls. The next time it was six p.m., again after repeated calls.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The staff was always there to help and meet my needs.

They hotel had beautiful location and accommodations.

It was an older property. It was very well maintained. The breakfast was very good. It was very close to ocean.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I just walked around the grounds and enjoyed the scenery. They provided us with a limo ride to the pier.

The hotel was going through a renovation and the pool was shut down. But the service was good.

The location, room, and cleanliness were fantastic. The bedding was standard hotel bedding and not as nice as the new Sheraton type super soft beds. The bellman was absolutely the best ever; he was so friendly and offered us suggestions for restaurants. He delivered us to our room by golf cart and we used that service several times; we never had to wait. His service was so nice that we will always come back to this Hyatt for this reason alone -- although there are many other reasons to go. Unfortunately, the pool area was all torn up as they had not finished remodeling. We stayed there a few weeks after a hurricane and I think this delayed the remodeling. The food at the breakfast buffet was not as good as in the past and a bit expensive, but they did have made to order items brought to the table. The on-site evening restaurant -- a steak grill place -- was excellent with wonderful views of the inter-coastal waterway.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the river with many large yachts to look at. I advise others to stay in the tower if at all possible for the best view.

The hotel was too pricy. It was booked as part of a cruise package.

It was a wonderful experience overall. However, one night the fire alarm went off 4 different times after 2:30 in morning for no apparent reason. I had a hard time sleeping and there was no compensation offered.
