Hyatt Regency Philadelphia at Penn's Landing is a 350 room landmark hotel located on Philadelphia's revitalized Delaware River waterfront. Designed as a modern reinterpretation of 1930's contemporary steamship designs, guests experience the warm and inviting lobby of beveled woods, cream stone flooring with jade green accents and rich textured fabrics. Located on the eastern edge of downtown in an area known as Penn's Landing, the hotel has immediate access to Philadelphia's exciting Dock Street shopping and entertainment area. All guestrooms are oversized and feature magnificent views of the Philadelphia skyline or the Marina.
