It was what I expected, no more, no less.

It's an extremely long walk to and from the elevators from certain rooms. It has a great location and very quiet rooms.

This hotel made me feel sophisticated: The staff handled themselves in a very classy manner.

As usual, everything was perfect with our stay.

The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were huge and the price was decent for a four star hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, one of the nicest I've stayed in.

The hotel is fine. It's located in the airport, which creates a bit of a hassle if you are not flying in or out to get to it. Parking was hard to find and expensive, though.

Comfort and cleanliness were exceptional. It was a little pricey for only using the hotel for a few hours of sleep; it was convenient, though.

The desk attendants were not very pleasant. We needed a shower chair as the person I was with needed a handicap bathroom, which was not available. We asked for one for three days and we were informed that they were unable to locate a simple shower chair or provide us with any type of chair that could be used.

I liked the comfortable and clean room - the balcony overlooked the runways. I loved the airport location.

The check-in kiosk was great. Room service was terribly slow -- it took over an hour. The mattress was rock hard.
