Hyatt Regency Orange County Traveler Review

Nice hotel but charges everything else

I got this hotel through a discount travel website at a great rate. Overall stay was nice especially the bed we slept in was so soft and comfortable and the room spacious and clean. The staff was nice too. The only 2 things that "bugged" me were that, NO SHOWER pressure and kept going on and off...I don't know if it's because we were on the 17th floor but that should not be the case as I have stayed in other hotels in the upper floors and didn't have that minor problem. Second, they charge for everything including parking, internet and early check-in. However, they have free shuttle to Disneyland, Starbucks and Pizza Hut in the lobby so you won't have to eat at their ridiculously expensive restaurant. Don't mind if I go online again and have to stay here.
