It was exactly as expected. The service was professional.

The location was awkward for a wheelchair user. It was difficult to use the public transportation or shuttle because of my wheelchair. The hotel staff did not care and was not aware of an accessible shuttle option.

This is a very beautiful and comfortable place. The hotel has high quality bed and furniture. Good place for business and leisure to visit DisneyLand.

The beds are amazing. Stay here just for the beds! They have great service, and a nice lobby. The shuttle to Disneyland is free and was always prompt. The shuttle fills up quickly, so get on early. It's a wonderful hotel!

I loved the atrium, but I found it very annoying that there are several hours in the afternoon when you can not get any food service. The staff was very nice, but there was no poolside bartender, so you had to go to the one bar in the hotel to get something you wanted.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The rooms were nice, but the cleaning staff were inconsistent with their cleaning. Sometimes they missed taking out the garbage or forgot to leave enough towels. The beds, however, were heavenly.

I liked the hotel's proximity to Disneyland with free shuttle every 30 minutes. It's great Hyatt service, which is why I always choose Hyatt first. They're a great value.

I've stayed at the hotel before (about 7 years ago) and still find it a nice, clean, well maintained hotel. I did have a problem with the TV remote but did not report it. The hotel provides high-speed Internet access although the cost is, in my opinion, too high. I believe Internet access should be free - part of the amenities of an upper-scale hotel. The furnishing were tasteful. The linens were clean. The carpet appeared to be clean with no spots. I'd stay at the hotel again if I have business in the area.

It was a really beautiful hotel and we had a great stay for the price we paid at Hotwire. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. The best was the complimentary shuttle to Disneyland that was so convenient for us.

The hotel was not what I expected; I preferred the Marriott across the street. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the rooms were not cleaned very well. I stayed four nights and was unhappy with the trip.

This is a good hotel. It has a great entry atrium. Good service was provided during the conference.
