I had a great time. The meeting rooms were too cold, but I would rather have that than have them too hot. The food was good, as was the food service, but too expensive.

This hotel made me feel welcome: It was great, but the food was too costly.

The Hyatt Regency is a very nice hotel.

My stay was for a convention.

The hotel has very comfortable accommodations.

I am a non-smoker and was placed against my wishes in a smoking room.

I was impressed with the staff and the hotel. More than likely, I will stay there on our next visit to Chicago.

This hotel made me feel respected: In spite of the circumstances of our stay (airline problems) the desk clerk went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of, provided for our needs and made us as comfortable as possible.

This hotel made me feel respected: My contact with personnel was limited. Basically, the front/registration desk person was very nice and welcoming. I and enjoyed their holiday decorations: candy, eggnog and a personal holiday card for me in the room.

There were 4 of us girls. We walked and walked and walked to get to the show rooms. That part was not fun--it was tiring! We had lots to carry--we did have staff help, but only at entering and leaving, as expected. Waiting at the elevators was time consuming

This hotel made me feel relaxed: Everything was where it should have been and the staff was attentive to our needs.

I didn't get a king-sized bed as requested when making reservations.
