43 year old with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Staid here for a conference that was held at the hotel. Hotel was okay but nothing special. Everyone was friendly BUT at the restaurant it was hard to attract the staff's attention (i.e. getting something to drink midway through the meal) and the room service didn't even get the order right. Prices, although high, were typical for a hotel but you'd except service to be better -- at least they smiled the whole time. Only other complaint was the elevators kept having problems and waiting 10 minutes or more got tiring. Decent location but I wouldn't stay here again.
