35 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I stayed at this hotel recently for a holiday party. The service was excellent, the staff asked me more than once "is everything alright?" --- at some point, a ballroom was very cold and many people were complaining (I never mentioned it to any staff), the staff promptly warmed up the room and I was asked later that evening, "is the room more comfortable now?"-- I was impressed and felt like they really cared that everyone was comfortable.... that's not easy in a room of 250 people.....
The valet was a little slow but heaters were available outside and they apologized more than once for the delay....
The hotel bar was really fun and not stuffy like a typical hotel bar...it was like a club that served good food.....very fun and seemed everyone was having a great time. Good job Hyatt!!!
I am very likely to return to the Hyatt Regency La Jolla.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
