I love the Hyatt hotels. They have great service and a very professional atmosphere. They are elegant, spacious and relaxing. I have never experienced a problem at a Hyatt hotel.
I am very likely

I would definitely recommend it to friends.

From the time of check in to check out we had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt. Desk staff were quite nice, our bell-hop xxx was super friendly and even took note that our daughter had an I-pod and had us moved to another room with a I-pod docking...

We stayed for our anniversary this year when our previous plans needed to change at the last minute. We usually travel with the kids, so it was really nice getting away together in this setting. Check-in was very convenient and friendly. The hotel...

The casual restaurant experience was a disaster with one particular waitress but was handled professionally by a manager. Also, the check out receipt showed a room discount in wording only and the regular price had been posted. That problem was also handled by the room service manager.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel -- I thought the location was perfect--you couldn't have gotten a better view of the river and it was a 2 minute walk to the Jacksonville Landing, which has shops and bars and great food! I was there on business and I thought it would be the usual, mundane trip--but there was quite a bit to do in the hotel and in the general area within walking distance. I actually got tickets to the Lion King, which was touring and playing in a gorgeous theatre hall within a 5 minute walk! I've stayed in tons of hotels and I've got to say that the fitness center they have there is one of the best I've been to--it is on the top floor and gives awesome views of the city and river--plus, it is 24 hour, so I was able to work out later at night like I prefer.
The rooms were very nicely appointed (I think they just went through a renovation last year) and the beds were unbelievably comfortable--I didn't want to get out of mine in the morning! The service was great, I used their concierge quite a bit while I was there and they never disappointed (how do you think I got the Lion King tickets?!) Every employee I ran into went out of their way to make me feel welcome and they definitely had the "southern hospitality" bit down pat.
All in all, my trip was great and alot of it was due to staying at this hotel.

The hotel was the perfect place to stay for our group of 7 women enjoying a 'girls' weekend" in Jacksonville. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The staff very welcoming and attentive. The view spectacular. Would stay there again in a minute.

The hotel was conveniently located. However, there was a huge conference of teens going on during my stay. The elevators were always crowded and the lobby was loud due to the noise of the conference attendees.
The rooms were good with fluffy bedcovers and nice pillows.
