The pool is clean, and good size.The housekeeping staff missed cleaning the bathroom in the first night. The access card (room key) doesn't work all the times. Convenient access to freeway, and located in good, safe area in Irvine.

Great location; felt safe though close to freeway.Full size beds instead of queen; a little small for sharing. We stayed here one night as a stopover; great hotel for the price we paid.

The newly decorated rooms and size.Only had full beds which is bad for 3 or more guests and families. Very disappointed coming from a Hyatt 4 star. Also, Jacuzzi was too small. I think this Hyatt is nice but would rate it only 3.5 stars in...

Restaurant, font desk staff.No double beds as requested on direct call. Staff is helpful and cordial. Unfortunately they overbooked 2 weddings on same weekend. restaurant selection was fabulous.
