This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very accomodating, talkative, willing to make small talk, 'jumped' at the opportunity to serve without having to ask for service.

It was a wonderful experience. The ambience and the super greeting we recieved every time we returned to the hotel after going out made us feel very welcome and important. The food was fantastic.

When a person pays 259 dollars to sleep in a hotel overnight don't believe he should be charged 15 dollars to have his car parked by a valet when the car's owner can park it himself at no cost. I would happily pay 2 or 3 dollars to have the valet servi.
