Everything was very nice! Everyone there was very friendly! My room was better than I had in most hotels. I felt safe.

The fire alarm went off at 3:00 in the morning and we all had to exit the property until the firemen checked out the property. There was a defective alarm that caused it all. That was not happy making.

I liked the stay and was pleased with the treatment I received.

The front desk and bell staff were not that knowledgeable about the area -- restaurants and churches.

The staff was very helpful and tried to be helpful and anticipate needs. The location was convenient in that the function which we attended was under the same roof. The atrium is starting to show its age.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I have difficulty ambulating and the staff was helpful and patient in assisting me.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our daughter was getting married and most of the guests/visitors stayed there. The bar and atrium were a lot of fun and the food was very good. We had very good service at the bar. The location was very good for us.

This hotel made me feel important: The service was great. We were addressed by name. They acknowledged our wedding group and seemed to try to make everyone feel welcome and happy to be there.

It was as expected as I have been there several times. If it wasn't satisfactory I wouldn't stay there.

The Atrium, decorated for Christmas, with the river running through it was wonderfully beautiful and peaceful. I always try to stay here during the Christmas season.

It was pretty, clean, and comfortable. I did not study it in detail, I was more concerned with the town.

This is an elegant hotel with a very accommodating staff.

I was having difficulty finding a room when my son was graduating from college in NYC. Although it was a bit of a trek to the city, it was very affordable and the staff made sure that I got where I needed to go ASAP. It was very nice!

There was confusion at check in because my friend checked in first - I'd left his name at the desk - and when I went to check in, they no longer had record of my name, only his. It was annoying.

An interesting building and efficiently run.

It was a wonderful experience. The ambience and the super greeting we recieved every time we returned to the hotel after going out made us feel very welcome and important. The food was fantastic.

When a person pays 259 dollars to sleep in a hotel overnight don't believe he should be charged 15 dollars to have his car parked by a valet when the car's owner can park it himself at no cost. I would happily pay 2 or 3 dollars to have the valet servi.
