Hyatt Regency Greenville Hotel

The hotel was excellent. It had a great location and it was good weekend value.

The location is great! It is right downtown, within easy walking distance to lots of great restaurants and bars. They said all the rooms with king size beds were booked but they could upgrade us for twenty dollars to a nicer king size room. We did not want to sleep on two separate beds so we went for the upgrade and the room was nicer and it included bath robes for each of us. We will stay there again.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff is always courteous upon arrival. The rooms are always welcoming with beautiful decorations and they are impeccably clean.

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was not out of the way, but in a good quiet location. The bed was clean and comfortable. I rested well there. If in the neighborhood I would return there.

This hotel made me feel content: They respected my privacy and left me alone when I arrived at my room.

The location was great and convenient to downtown, the room was comfortable but cool, the staff was good. I had a cancellation problem and a delayed check in.
