It is an incredible hotel, with great staff. The entire experience was well worth it!

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The atmosphere was incredible. Something about it made guests feel like they were doing something extravagant by being there.

The location was easy to get to. The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant and anything they could do to help. I was disappointed in the restaurants food. I expected it to be much better.

This hotel made me feel important: The staffs were always asking if they could do anything for me. A glass of wine at check in was great. I had my every detail attended to and all my needs taken care of.

This hotel is top notch. At check in we were given a glass of wine which was nice. The hotel atrium is beautiful. They have several talking birds in the lobby which are very entertaining, kids loved it. Room is nice but nothing extravagent. The pool is what makes this hotel stand out. The pool is huge with caves, slides, a bridge. Not many people when I was there in August. Let me tell you this place has the best pina colodas ever. They were great. The food was ok. Valet parking was excellent. Never had to wait at all for the car.

I had one small problem in that the valet forgot to put one of my bags in the car and it was left behind. I called and they mailed it to me asap at no charge.

This place is only minutes away from the parks, which is a plus.

It was a very nice hotel, but the location was sort of difficult to get to due to road construction (I arrived at night). Still, the front desk staff was very professional.

The hotel staff and the room service were impeccable. Everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly. The views from the room were outstanding, I could see the pool area, the golf, the equestrian, the lake, and the parks, including fireworks at night. The self parking area was a little far away, but it was actually faster than the valet. I would definitely stay again. The location was very convenient and the surroundings were beautiful. I would have preferred the park shuttle to driving and parking daily, but the schedule was too infrequent.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were extremely comfortable. One night we went back to the room to change to go out dancing all night. As soon as we sat down, we felt so comfortable we just decided to stay in and go to sleep!

It is a great hotel in a great location. I liked the pool, the playground and the kids play areas. There were lots to do at the hotel itself. I also liked the friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Our family has been staying at this wonderful hotel for about 10 years. It is a great place to relax, located centrally in Orlando. If you want an all inclusive 'resort' hotel, this is clearly the best choice in central Florida. We have recommended it over the years to numerous friends/relatives and all are without exception pleased. Give it a shot, it is a great place to unwind for a few days with your family, as everything you need is on site and you don't have to leave, unless you have small children who insist on the dreaded Disney option.

This hotel is in an excellent location next to Disney, an absolutely beautiful gem of a property with 1500 acres of land. It has friendly, knowledgeable staff. The rooms were very spacious and nice. My only complaint is that the menu prices are extraordinarily high, especially considering the fact that there are plenty of upscale restaurants within a block of the resort that cost considerably less. This resort is great for tourists who enjoy amenities, it even has its own equestrian center.

The pool was magnificent.

The hotel was very good. It was beautifully decorated both inside and outside. There was a big choice of restaurants. I liked that at the register during check in, we were given some complimentary champagne. It was very nice to be welcomed like that.

Good bed, but too dark. They had a nice pool, though.

I love the staff. They really know how to display white glove treatment to me and my staff. We hosted an excellent conference at this hotel and every year we keep coming back and now we are all on a first-name basis. It almost feels like coming home when you are on the road and I appreciate that. Kudos to my favorite. lady at the Hyatt!

The entire resort was fabulous. It had a fabulous pool, great food, and it was secluded enough that you never knew you were even near Orlando. We had such a great time we didn't even go to the Magic Kingdom, etc.
