This hotel was much more than I had expected. Upon arriving to the hotel, which is immediately adjacent to Walt Disney World, the valet was very helpful and efficiently informed the rest of the greeting staff who knew exactly how to address me. This hotel has great amenities. The pool area is incredibly inviting.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The staff was always available to help and never overreacted to respond to my inquiries. The decor of the hotel also was very calming and enjoyable.

I liked the location, the access to the restaurants and other social gatherings. We were told not to take drinks outside of the seminar rooms, when other guests were doing just that.

This hotel made me feel excited: I was excited because of the event held there.

The bathroom had hair in it! the room was well lit, it looked good and it was comfortable otherwise. There was no parking there though!

This hotel made me feel practical: The price for the location and the look of the room made me feel practical.

The resort was beautiful, well kept, the staff well trained and efficient, the room and the grounds were well maintained. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.

This hotel made me feel welcome: I was greeted warmly by the bell staff, they checked me in efficiently, all the amenities were pointed out by bellman, the concierge service was outstanding. I was politely greeted by all the staff in the hallways and the restaurant staff was knowledgeable and efficient.

It is an awesome hotel, pricey, but my company paid for it, so it was worth it. It is a great place to stay.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The waterfalls in the pool were amazing. The parrots in the lobby were neat. The glass elevators were fun for the kids.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. This was our first time staying at a Hyatt Regency hotel and this experience has caused us to want to stay at this chain again.

It's a nice get-away resort and great for families. They have good restaurants, a spa, and other facilities. They offer great running trails, boating, and other activities.

This hotel made me feel entertained: There were daily activities for kids, nice restaurants, huge pool, and a nice spa. Bikes are available for use on the long trails. There is a good-sized lake for kayaking and canoeing. It was relaxing fun.

The hotel was fine. There were some little errors, but nothing to complain about.

It is a very nice motel, but I think the prices for food and drinks are ridiculously overpriced.

We go there every year for both business and pleasure. The service and the facilities are superb. Our family will continue to go there for many years to come.

This hotel made me feel pampered: They answer your phones by name. Day or night your needs are met promptly. The employees go out of their way to meet all of your needs.

This was our first stay at a Hyatt Regency and it was far better than expected. They had great room service, fabulous other services, and they were friendly. It's very close to Disney World. They have lovely rooms. Everyone was great. It's a wonderful relaxing oasis after the hectic pace of Disney.

It was very convenient to attractions. My room was very clean and quiet. It had lots of activities.

It was a great experience for our grandchildren and us. The staff was fantastic, friendly, caring and went out of their way to make it a pleasant experience. The resort had everything you might need and was close enough to all other attractions to satisfy every want.

This hotel made me feel entertained: I had my grandchildren with me. So the fantastic pool, lake, boat rides, play area all were big hits. And there was a golf, tennis, and basketball court for the older ones. There was good entertainment at night if I needed to slip away.

I certainly enjoyed my stay. The pool area was awesome and both Hemingway's and The White Horse Tavern had great food. I did not like the service or the food at the Cascade restaurant, but it was not terrible.
