Things I disliked:
- I really believe that you will lose a lot of future business if you don't make internet access free. Charging $10 a day for something that other competitors give away for free will inhibit future business.
- Not having self serve laundry services on site is another deterrent to future business.
- To stay competitive you may also want to look at offering free breakfasts and parking like your competitors.
Things I did like:
+ Your staff was helpful and knowledgeable of the area.
+ Rooms were clean and up to date.
+ Location to restaurants & nightlife was good.

I would not recommend it to friends.

Good
The hotel itself was very nice, modern and clean albeit uber corporate. Walking into the hotel lobby felt like walking into a concourse at the Denver International Airport. I had to inquire at the...

Clearly Hyatt's web-based reservation service has little to do with individual hotels. I reserved a romantic Amour Package for my wife over the Valentine's Day weekend this year only to be told that I'd put a deposit on a room; nothing else. When I tried to correct their error, the basic message I received was, "too bad, we can't help you". And to boot they're still trying to stick my credit card for a $50 cancellation fee for not wanting to pay for something I didn't reserve. So I pay them $50 for messing up my simple reservation. Who ever heard of an automatic fee for cancellation, even when it's still 10 days out? If they'd have given me what I'd ordered I would not have canceled anything. O well, proof that customer service is, if not dead, dying at the Hyatt. Run screaming...

I stayed here with my sister for a football game in September. Every experience with the staff was flawless. My room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also has great art all over and the elevators have videography of area Colorado scenes.

to return to the Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Location: Close to shopping, fine dining, and the light rail system will take you anywhere along the front range.
Amenities: Full in room dining menu.
Theres T-mobile in the room, WIFI, a 32 inch flat panel TV in each guest room. Two in house bars are located on 27th floor views of downtown Denver and the bar is located on the main lever. There's upscale restaurants on the main floor serving American Cuisine with a full variety of fine wines. Exercise room: Open 24hours. Every workout machine is equipped with cable. They have complimentary headsets, a 3 lane lap pool, and a rooftop spa that seats 20 people.
This hotel offers every possible amenity to make your stay pleasant. I couldn't name off everything for time sake. I think that this hotel is the best hotel in Downtown for the price, location, service, parking, and cleanliness.

This was one of my most wonderful business trip experiences, and it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The room decor was phenomenal and there was plenty of room to move around. I felt more like I was on vacation than working. I didn't want to leave the room.
The staff was fabulous, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I felt like I was at home in SC, which is hard to match when you are traveling. The food was excellent and I just cannot say enough good things about it. There was plenty to look at and do. I felt safe walking around on my own, and there was plenty within walking distance. I believe they were filming the Real World Denver while I was there.
