Room service was good. It's a very attractive hotel.

This is a beautiful hotel.

It was nearest to where we needed to be.

The general areas were beautiful, but the room was very ordinary. The staff was unable to control running through the general areas, and there were late-night parties by large group of guests.

The hotel was beautiful. I would definitely like to stay there when I am in Dearborn again. The price I received through Expedia was a great deal. They charged for a room service we didn't use and when I went to the front desk, they removed it immediately. The little coffee shop they have is awesome, too.

They did not have a record of my reservation confirmation.

It was centrally located. It had decent food. But the coffee shop was closed and the hotel had not been updated.

The staff was very professional and efficient. I was there for a large business convention (3000+ attendees) and they handled the whole affair without any problems.

The only real problem was with the climate control. The thermostat in my room did not lower the temperature -- it stayed right around 75, and that was entirely too warm for me.

The hotel is a nice, upscale place to stay. It's reliable, clean, and has good amenities.

The front desk made sure we were comfortable until our room was ready, especially since our luggage did not arrive with us. I dropped our TV remote into a glass of water accidentally and they replaced it cheerfully, promptly, and without charging us for the damaged one.

Incredible, just walking in the front door, elevated my self-esteem. It made me feel very high-class and elegant to share and enjoy their accommodations.

This hotel made me feel inspired: My visit to the Hyatt Regency was the most incredible stay at any hotel ever. For relatively the same amount of money, you can stay in a sophisticated, well known, and highly maintained, accommodated place. I will look for another Hyatt Regency over any other place first.

We have stayed at several Hyatt Regency hotels in the continental US. And it is quite evident that their staff's main objective is to satisfy their clientele. It is obvious that projecting and working toward their mission statement is important to them.
