The hotel had nice comfortable rooms and it was well kept.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a very relaxed and friendly hotel.

We had a nice stay with just a few problems. The smoke alarm kept going off, but that problem was fixed promptly and the repair man was very polite. There also was a lot of noise, with kids running in the halls, screaming and banging on the walls. We left early in the morning with little sleep.

This hotel made me feel pampered: The bed was very comfortable and the toiletries were nice.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel has a good location near Ford.

The hotel was just fine. I had no problems, it was convenient for the purpose of my travel and it had the extras, like the gym, that I was looking for.

The Hyatt Regency was the perfect place for us to stay while visiting the area for a Detroit Tiger's game. The hotel was exceptionally nice, and the romance package we received included champagne, chocolate covered roses, and breakfast. We were on a floor with few or no children, and the beds were extremely comfy. Check out was fast, easy, and done in the room. I would go back again and again.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The entire hotel is beautiful and lit up and decorated with all kinds of plants. There are I believe five glass elevators in the lobby, and the guest room really did feel like home.

The handicapped shower had no shelves to place toiletries while showering. A shower bench had to be requested. The shower bench was not sturdy or large enough to accommodate a large person.

There is a charge for wireless internet service.

It was comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Great place for a car show! Or even a business meeting...

We were part of a very large group that hosted a national car show for our club. The service was exceptional - the staff is phenomenal - what more can I say? Could have used a couple more garbage boxes in the car show/parking lot area. Another club that I am a member was looking for a hotel to host another large antique car convention in 2008 and I wholeheartedly endorsed the Hyatt Regency Dearborn. They know how to handle large groups and events. A+A+A+

We were very pleased with the quality of the bed. We were upset that there was a charge for the Internet. The food was wonderful both in the hotel and convention activities. We asked about the rountunda and even though it was no longer open as a bar the employee we ask took us up and gave as a great history lesson of the area. I was very pleased with the level of service.

This hotel made me feel respected: Everyone we ran or talked treated us with royally. Everyone was very polite. They made suggestions at the restaurant that made a perfect meal.

My room was clean and comfortable. The location was good for the purpose of the trip, which was to see two red sox tiger games in Detroit.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The price for the rooms was good which was basically used just to sleep in.

The view from the lobby was breathtaking. The location in view of the skyline of Detroit was quite nice. The food throughout our two-day conference was wonderful. The staff was very efficient in dealing with the large number of people at check-in and mealtimes during our conference. I particularly appreciated the attitudes of the dining room staff that treated every one of us like a treasured guest down to the youngest person in the group. We had a lot of college and even high school students in attendance. To my dismay, however, I lost two very important items here and had trouble getting help in locating them. I gave a thorough description over the phone and listed several places where my items might have been, but never felt I was taken very seriously by housekeeping or the front desk staff.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The atmosphere from the moment you step into the lobby was relaxing. The lighting was dim but ample. The architecture was unexpectedly soaring and unpredictable. The mood of the staff was efficient and welcoming. Almost anyplace in the hotel seemed like a good place to relax. I felt particularly refreshed after spending half-hour alone in the pool area, where the water was warm and inviting and there was a good supply of clean towels.

The breakfast was wonderful. My room was dark. The light switch should activate more of the lamps. One tiny bottle of two-in-one shampoo and conditioner was not adequate for three women. At least separate shampoo and conditioner were needed.

I was impressed with the hotel. It was very pleasant to stay there. It was very attractive.

It was a very nice hotel and I look forward to stay there again.
