The selection of channels on the provided TV was thin.

The hotel is very comfortable. It has a beautiful environment. It's a nice place to stay.

This hotel made me feel elegant: They had guest service representatives located around the hotel to check with us, saying good morning, afternoon.

It's a fantastic place to stay! They have great staff, nice accommodations, and a great view.

It was the night before I underwent major surgery, so I had other things on my mind. But it was nice and it was somewhere I had always wanted to stay.

They did not treat our reservation through Hotwire as a regular reservation. When we arrived, they were unsure as to whether a room was actually available. We slept on a fold-out couch in a conference room. All of the amenities were there.

The staff at the front desk, particularly the young members of the staff, were incredibly kind and competent at giving driving instructions.

I would definitely spend the money again to stay at the Hyatt. I could not believe how affordable the price was along with the service and treatment I received. It was excellent!

This hotel made me feel elegant: I felt as if I were a well-respected movie star even though I'm a college student who is typically seen in jeans and a t-shirt. The service carrying the luggage and the valet service were great touches to the entire weekend. We didn't have to worry about anything.

My family reserved 2 rooms. Some of us stayed 1 night and some of us stayed 4 nights. The staff at the Hyatt regency was just wonderful. We felt they were interested in making us very comfortable; they took care of everything.

This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was wonderful, eager to please and treated me very respectfully. From valet, bellhop, front desk, room service, maid service to front desk staff--all were very respectful and went out of their way to make our family very comfortable.

The bathtub was dirty. The carpet under the beds was dirty; it had not been vacuumed. There was trash/dust under the beds. The room rates were too high.

Their breakfast is wonderful!

We had to wait an hour to get our room because it was not ready. So we were put in a different room to wait; we missed our dinner plans.

Parking was a pain and we didn't know it wasn't going to be free.

As a single female, I was given a room in a dark corridor right next to the stairwell. This did not make me feel very safe.
